Why, why, why
Do we die, die, die
With sudden goodbyes and pain
Lodged in our hearts. 

Physical death
At any age
And at any time
Is part of life’s
Celestial design
Often maligning
Our thoughts.

Lessons to learn
Tucked deep inside
Needing a shift in perception
To unlock
The forgotten messages
From our higher self. 

As mental cobwebs clear
In stillness of thoughts
Suddenly
You got it
And begin to understand
The divine mission
That inspired
Your human life. 

Anything and everything
Is all part of God’s plan
As soft whispers heard
Guiding gently
Along the lighted path.

That one touch of bliss
Deep inside the heart
Allows forgiveness to surface
Moving us forward
Without a hitch.

With pureness of love
And compassion
From the soul
Help others
To ease the pain
And heartbreak
Of their loss as well.
