Just an ordinary day
Filled with
Invisible blessings
Within my daily tasks.

Always amazed
At what life offers me
Feeling happiness inside
Even if I need to step back
And breathe
Once in a while.

When a surge of jealousy
Rises to the surface
Thankfully
It’s noticed
Before it causes damage
To another’s heart.

Close my eyes
Breathing deeply
Waiting for silence
To appear
Whispered gently
Need up please
Come be with me

A white light arrives
Helping me
To stay present
Letting the emotion
Pass through
While
Regaining balance.

Grateful for the experience
Felt my angelic guardian
Always available
Especially
When I sing out to them
Need you please
By my side.
