As the past
Unexpectedly pops up
You have a choice
Do you befriend
Emotions that surface
Or bury them
Deep within
Never feeling again?

May you stand strong
Like a sturdy tree
Ready to face your emotions
For they have something
To teach you
While helping
Higher consciousness
To expand and grow.

It’s ok to feel confused
But know
It’s always up to you
And no one else.

For thoughts and actions
Begin with
How you perceive and feel
Creating life
On the fly
Impromptu
And flowing
Within each moment
You live.

Use creativity and spontaneity
To help the imagination
Understand all
Possibilities and potentials
Really do exist
Within your
Expanded Soul.
