Silent Teardrops 09/09/2022

Silent teardrops
Pooling inside
As the pain
Intensifies
But a hesitation occurs
As a feeling
Of love arises.

My Soul begins
To gently
Speak to me
No reason
To rehash or relive
Events from the past.

Nothing can be changed
Forgiveness is your friend
Be willing to give
And accept
This emotion
In life
In order to thrive.

Sit for awhile
In the quiet
Allowing the body
To experience
The healing
That’s occurring
From inside the heart.

Embrace williingness
To reconcile and repair
Each thought
And action
Of the past.

Moving the pain
Slowly outwards
And allow
Only loving
Memories to remain
In your heart.
