Round And Round 06/26/2021

Each day goes
Round and round
With nowhere to go
No meaning or purpose
Need relevance
To be grounded
And secure.

Caught on life’s carousel
Deciding
To stay on
Or get off
Just not happy any more.

My problems
My headaches
Obstacles always in the way
Will it continue to go
Round and round
Creating more of the same?

Look deeply
inside your heart
Can you feel the truth?
Only you can decide
What’s right for you.

Jump off life’s carousel
Choose something different
Find relevance and meaning
Even if you are unsure
At that time.

Don’t stay trapped
Being monotonous
Follow your heart
To find true happiness.
