Discrete Signs 06/30/2021

How will I know?
If god exists
And my life
Is not an illusion
Made up by thoughts?

Tis powerful questions
That many seek
To fulfill an understanding
While living
On planet Earth.

With every heartbeat
With every breath
Are discrete signs
That God is present
Expressing love
Automatically to us.

Tis every moment
With each moment
Love is present
As long as our spiritual eyes
Have opened to notice.

Tis thoughts
And perceptions
That determine
Whether to see
And feel God’s love
Throughout life.

Learn to seek the stillness
Within thoughts
Follow the breath mindfully
To allow connection
Within the heart.

That’s where
You’ll find God
And know
Love is not an illusion
But a key to happiness.
