Invincible Love 06/22/20221

An elusive feeling inside
Often difficult to describe
It’s vibrational and energetic
Residing in the heart
Making us feel special
All the time.

This invincible
Invisible thing
Called love
Is unconditional at birth
Innocent and sweet
Free of strings and attachments
Giving and receiving
As much as we want.

A curious event occurs
As we physically grow up
Our love morphs
Into moldable elements
Allowing different
Types of love
To flourish.

Many don’t listen
To their inner guidance
Denying love
To fully develop
Leaving shallowness
And emptiness instead.

My life has been blessed
Even when tragedy existed
Finding love in chaos
Is for the determined heart.

Learned gratitude
Among my experiences
Even the ones
Where many tears were shed.

Ready and willing
For the this thing
Called love
Knows now
To make a grand entrance
Into my life
Anytime it wants.
