As the melodies flow
Within my thoughts
Could this music
Want to speak with me
Or not?

Release all tensions
And settle into
The moment
Allow the musical
Vibrations
To elevate
My awareness.

Making space
For listening
Giving me accessibility
To the deepness
Within my heart.

Each note is created
In just
The right tone
As the body’s energy
Blends with it
Making me flow.

Within this level
Of awareness
Quietly hear words
Of comfort and love
Bringing guidance
To choose
Or not.

Continue to trust life
As I feel it
Practice and listen
At this level of
Higher Consciousness
And know
Everything will be alright.
