Eye Of The Heart 5/20/2024

Choosing to live
From the eye of the heart
Rather than using
Only our thoughts
Is a conscious decision
That must be chosen
With earnest love.

Tis not the default way
Of living life
As mind and thoughts
Take center stage
For most of the time. 

Choosing this
And that for us
Until we understand
We are more
Than the thoughts
We think. 

Our reality will always
React to drama
And chaos
For the ego mind
Loves control
Causing worry
And doubt
As the status operando. 

There’s only one way to live
Without confusion
And that way
Is to allow the
Eye of the heart
To control our living.  

It’s the spiritual organ
That listens
To our instincts
And the inner voice
Changing how
We operate daily. 

Finding choices
Flow easier
For the heart thrives
In harmony and balance.

The connection to the
Eye of the heart
Is a choice found
By creating a stillness within
As well
Of gratitude and love.
