Life Passes By 5/24/2024
Whatcha going to do
As life passes by
And your heart’s empty
With a loneliness
That won’t subside.
Paralyzing you
And forbidding you
To move from
Where you are at.
Not allowing you
To reach
The full potential
You deserve
At last.
Living life
The same way
Each day
Doing the same old things
Feeling
Stuck in mud
All the time.
How do we move
Our feet
From this stuck-ness
Created with our thoughts.
Look within the heart
For the soul speaks
With a subtleness
That’s often disguised
In the chaos
Around us.
Tis’ a discernment
That must be learned
By allowing the stillness
Of the mind
To occur first.
Breathe into each moment
Making sure the active mind
Has softened
To only hear
The Soulful Self Speaking to you
With love
And encouragement.
