Be by my side
 In thick and thin
 In sickness and health
And whatever life
Throws my way
You’ll be guiding
Me out. 

I trust you with my life
I trust you with my heart
Be by my side
No matter what. 

Tis a bold commitment to ask
But I know
You are up for the challenge 
To stand with me
Facing my fears
Facing my personal demons
 As I evaluate
And examine each one 
That comes into my life.

  I ask nothing in return
Accept to love me
Unconditionally
Just like a parent
Loves their baby born.

 There will be times
When doubt and confusion
Takes center stage in life
But I know to follow the breath
Back to the cave
Of the heart
For that’s where
You silently reside. 

Harmony with life
Tis a goal to reach
 Even if the human eyes
Doesn’t see the need
Or necessity
For its the eye of the heart
That sees beautiful perfection
In everything
Around me.
