Celebrate life
And all that transpires
For each event
And each moment
Holds both
Good and bad
Messages
For us to dissolve. 

Molding us
Into something
That becomes part
Of the whole
Instead of itself. 

So
Breathe in
Deeply
Center the heart
Within the moment
And drink the energy
That fills
The cup of life. 

Appreciate
What is felt
Both
Positive and negative
For this polarity
Creates lessons
For our heart
To grow from. 

We only have
One physical life
In this body of ours
Love it tenderly
Treat it with respect
Eat healthy
And drink wisely
There’s no turning back
Give it your all.

Within each
Decision made
We affect
What we do and
Say to ourselves
And others.

Give yourself
A pat on the back
Smile at what
Was learned
Keep developing
The presence
Within in the heart
Tis our compass
In life.
