Who’s knocking
At my heart’s door
Tis my soulful side
Trying to attract
My attention.

Do you answer the knock?
When it occurs
Or do you allow
Fear to prevent
The love to enter?

Perhaps you
Listen to the heart
And
Allow yourself
To gently open
Knowing whatever
Moves
Through the door
Was meant to occur.

Only a loving heart
Knows when to
Answer
For it can pass through
The fear that’s
Presented in
Many shapes
And forms.

Take the first step
Towards the tapping
Dig deep
Into your core
Feeling your heart
Reaching out
As you welcome
Whatever is present
To enter your life
With a smile.
