Breathe me in
Breathe me out
Allowing God’s love
Swirl around inside
My weary heart. 

Thrown off guard
By test results
Revealing something
Unexpected. 

Fear
My friend
Has surfaced enough
To let me know
My body’s reaction
Has switched to
Survival mode
Again. 

And subtlety
Signaling me
It’s time to
Journey within
My heart. 

Shifting to a higher
Vibrational mode
That allows me
To connect
With my Soulful Self. 

Sitting within
My intrinsic power
Feeling Divine Love
Enter my body
Expressing gratitude
For what will
Just Be.

Accepting with grace
Whatever life lesson
Bubbles up
Surrendering myself
To this sugar high feeling
While flowing in God’s love. 

Continue to
Just be
In this elevated state
Of awareness
Knowing I am loved
And everything will be alright.
