Some things
Stay the same
And some things
Will change
Tis all about
Understanding
Who we are
And the old habits
We need to break.

One must learn
Other opinions
Can’t harm us
As long as we untie
The cords
That confine us.

As the Soulful Self
Responds with kindness
Expressing a welcome
For breaking
The bondage of fear
Held within us.

Feel the freedom
Released from
Your heart
As perceptions
And opinions
Transmute into
Nothingness.

Providing peace
And a sense
Of renewal
As we live life
Untied and boundless.
