A kiss
A smile
A gentle caress
All signs of love
And affection
At its best.

One must
Remove the pain
Remove guilt and blame
Forgive and let go
In order to live in the moment
Or time will pass you by
With regret and discourse.

Time is subtle
Time is limited
Time plays tricks on us
As we think
We have more of it.

Never be fearful of change
Never suppress your feelings
Allow them
To become friends
With your heart
And watch how your life
Flourishes and open.

As each emotion
Is embraced
Feel the healing presence
Ask your Angels
To express
Peace and love
For you this moment.

Moving you
Through the pain
For that’s the way
It should be
And that is
How it’s done.
