The bond of trust
Within the presence of life
Runs deep and wide
When the heart is open
To give and receive
Unconditional love
At its' finest.

Tis difficult to accomplish
When fear controls
Every thought
And action
Made in life.

How do we switch
Our emotional circuits
In the mind?

Must learn to
Journey within
And connect to the
Soulful Self
Through deep
Meditative breathing
And mindful movement.

Seek within this stillness
Keys to open
The doors
Of truth and trust.

And lock away
The monkey mind
That confuses and controls
Everything in life.

Be one with fear
Be one with despair
Becoming one
Within the heart
Is where love
Truly cares.
