A thin line exists
Between where to help
And where to pause
Letting a situation
To just be
Can be difficult indeed.

For “you said”
Versus “they said”
Will never be resolved
As both are playing
The role
Of whose right
And whose wrong.

Then how
Do we converse with others
When opinions differ?

This depends
On the level of awareness
Each participant
Is living under.

Take a higher approach
Connect to your True Self
At the level
Where peace and love
Are present all the time.

Choose to breathe deeply
Choose to hold your words
For these choices will allow
The elevation needed
As the situation
Diffuses itself.

Choosing not to speak
Within negativity
Displays soulful power
While taking
A long and winding road
To empower your heart
With love.
