Every day in life
We travel down
A winding road
Towards the
Unknown
Towards another
Tomorrow.

Not seeing
What’s ahead
Tis important to choose
How we move
Do we flow like a river?
Or crawl like a snail?

Be not afraid
Of obstacles
On the road
Arriving
Sometimes unexpectedly
Sometimes knowingly
Sometimes we grit our teeth
Sometimes we grin
From cheek to cheek.

For each
Experience
Makes us stronger
And wiser
As we learn to travel
Around them
And through them.

Finding inner strength
And wisdom
Through mindfulness
And deep breathing.

Tis a way to connect
To our inner GPS
Helping us make
Wise decisions
In life.
