Tis many little things in life
For gratitude to bloom
Like raindrops on petals
Cleansing the flower
Of grime and dirt.

But you must know
Where to look
In order to find
The heart’s hidden treasures
That connects to love.

Beyond the material
Beyond your thoughts
Breathe deeply
Allowing your heart
To listen intently
To those whispers at dawn
Coming from us.

Speaking gently to you
Waiting for your inner smile
Acknowledging our presence
Before the connection starts.

Tis these little things in life
Where gratitude hides
Often in plain sight
But offers
The biggest reward
To mend the broken heart.
