Closed my eyes
Intentionally
Breathing deeply
Mindfully
Relaxing
Into the moment
And letting go
Trustfully.

Whispered silently
Lead the way
To our quiet
Meeting spot
Within my heart.

Each morning
I pray my darkness
Sees the lightness
As you bring me
Grateful thoughts

Swirling lights
Within the dark
Blending together
Within grace
Learning to live
In colorful harmony
With life.

My Soulful Self
Acknowledges
We can’t live without
Each other
For life is living
Within all shades
Of love.
