Personal Growth 06/07/2021

Today was different
But the same
Tried to set
Do not disturb sign
On my brain.

Too much of everything
But nothing found
To make me
Feel calm
Inside.

Focused on my breath
Simple as it may seem
Need to open spaces
For growth to occur.

In that moment
When stillness
Finally appears
Lost in emptiness
Of conscious space.

Heard
Bells are ringing
Celebrating
Love was found
Inside my heart.

Softened my weakness
Cherished my strengths
Expansion created
Allowing wisdom
To unfold
Appreciating
Personal growth
Has occurred today.
