Let the pain go
Allow the breath
To assist
Opening the heart
Creating a pass through
To help the process.

Continue to expand
Moving the pain out
Replacing with love
That’s the secret
Ingredient to life.

People need people
Even in times of sadness
Feel the tenderness
They offer you
With their connections
Of friendship and love.

Always seek comfort
Within the heart first
But physical connections
To life and others
Are needed to understand
We are all part
Of God’s loving network.
