Of life
Flow freely
As thoughts
Drift away

Connect to the deepness
Within the soul
That loves for
Any reason
Tis the part
That connects
To God easily
And to all possibilities.

Love thyself with ease
For there’s only
 This one vessel
That lives for us
Experiencing life
As a human being.

 Be gentle and kind to it
 Eat healthy
And wise
Exercise with love
And do your best at all times
 Feel God’s love
Flows within
Showing gratitude
For all you do
To keep
This vessel alive
And well.

Life is precious
 Participation
Is needed
Create memories
Always find the fun
Love and laugh
Till your
Last breath.
