Simple has purpose
In one’s busy life
But we often
Don’t take time
To notice it.

Watch the honey bee
Fly around
Visiting one flower
After another
Tis the only job
They know
Tis the one thing
They love.

Enjoy the sweetness
Created in pausing in life
Feel the breeze
Gently caressing
Your check
Saying hello
And wishing the best.

Watch the sunset each day
Knowing another end
Is approaching
But accepting that
Life does carry on
As the morning sun
Rises
Once again.

Be in sync
With the rhythms
Of nature
Practice
How to be simple
And find one thing
That makes you passionate
About living.
