Once In My Life 05/29/2021

No more pain
No more guilt
Feeling empowered
And oh
So loved
For once in my life
I feel only peace in it.

No more sadness
No more anger
Leaned into
My emotions
Befriending each one.

Difficult indeed
But needed
To move forward
With healing my grief
At the center of the heart.

Showed up in my life
Learned to make space
All required to rebuild
A brokenness at the core.

Not alone
Anymore
Someone needs my help
Sharing my lessons of hope
So others
May find love
In their life as well.
