Mighty Words 12/4/2024

Words are mightier
Than the sword
An expression spoken
But often not understood
For certain words
Can cut deep
And pierce the heart.

Words contain
A specific vibration
Depending on the tone
Of your voice
And the state of mind
They were formulated
And created in.

Did they come from a state of love?
Or a state of fear?
For these two states
Cannot exist together
In the same space
Of the heart.

Words can be healing
As when you comfort
A grieving friend
Words can bring joy
As you praise another
For an accomplishment
Achieved
Words can be loving
As you express your feelings
For another
And words can be truthful
As you express
Who you are
From the soul’s
Perspective.

Before you speak
Pause
Become aware
Of your state of being
Make sure the vibrancy
Needed to speak
Delivers the words
Lovingly.
