Be the light
In someone’s window
Be the hand
That guides in darkness
Be the heart
That offers kindness
To any stranger
At any time
Because you can.

Show the world
Small gestures
Of loving kindness
Making a difference
In someone’s life.

Feel the smile
On someone’s face
When you helped them
In a difficult situation.

Show acts of compassion
Expressed with a big heart
As the world
Spins around with
Love and happiness.

It doesn’t take much effort
Just a little bit of courage
To put yourself
Out there
While offering a hand
To someone
That needs it.

Allow the heart
To shine brightly
Allow the eyes
To see with love
And the world
Will be a better place
Cuz you made a difference
In your life as well.
