Step out of the box
Put yourself out there
Are phrases in life
Showing how
To find meaning
And purpose
Instead of being
Lonely and stuck.

What’s holding you back
From finding
The real you
Not the you
That’s always
Sad and confused.

Can’t you feel
Your lips moving
Telling yourself
Tomorrow I’ll start
After I finish this task.

Always making excuses
Just lying
To your heart
Again and again.

It’s your time
To change
Just wake up today
Saying loudly
I love myself
I am worthy
And believe it so.

You might feel
Uncomfortable
And that’s ok
Face your fears
Do this for You
And nobody else.

Know you are loved
No matter what
You believe
Tis your Soulful Self
Trying to talk with you
About your life
And love.
