Learn to find
A state of balance
In all you
Think and do
Allowing non-judgment
And self-criticism
To surface
As a neutral presence
In this moment of time.

Flowing within
This neutral space
Evaluating ways
Of improving
The words and actions
That are chosen
By you.

The truth spoken
With the right words
At the right time
Will influence others
To reflect on
Their own life.

We all will become
Teachers for the Soul
While sharing our gifts
Without prejudice
Or misconceptions
As correct words
Chosen
Will only express
Love in our heart.
