And balance
At its best

Under duress.
Deep
Slow breathing
Sooths the body
Relaxing and loosening
Allowing it to find
The peaceful spot
That connects
To the Soulful Self.
Bring your awareness
To the physical body
Feel the energy
Pulsing and flowing
Making you feel alive.
Bring your awareness
To your thoughts
Focus on the breath
Softening your thinking
That removes
All worries in life.
The body mind connection
Tis real and needed
To find meaning
And purpose
In the daily tasks
We undertake.
Just like a muscle
Workouts make it strong
So build a practice
A routine
That expands your awareness
And levels of compassion
Within your mind
Body connection.
