Within the stillness
Where mindfulness
Lingers gently
Aligning with
The natural elements
Around me
For messages of
Guidance and love.

Intuitively listening
Within each breath
Relaxing deeper
And deeper
Till a oneness
Blends with me.

Feeling
Lighter than air
Mentally drifting
And floating
Worry free
Smelling a freshness
That stimulates
A peacefulness
Inside myself.

Within
Each breath taken
Feeling in sync
With the rhythm
Of life
Staying as long
As needed
To recharge
My heart.
