Turn your world around
When you are down
And lonely
Turn it
Upside down
To look at life
Differently.

Shake loose attachments
That keep you
Shut tight
Shake off thoughts
That
Control all actions. 

Be present
And feel the freedom
Gain insight
Into a world
Outside of
All the distractions. 

Flowing deeply
Into an area
Of delight
Where love and joy
Reign tight. 

No more doubts
No more worries
 Becoming in sync
With the song of life.

Smiling and giggling
Taking one day at a time
That’s how you live
With the
Guiding hand of God.  

Connecting with
The Source of Creation
Whenever you want
Making miracles happen
In even in plain sight.
