Unhappy
In the moment
Unclear
Of where to go
Feels like life’s
On hold
And waiting for
What’s next
To be determined. 

It’s ok
To feel unsure
It’s ok
To feel confused
Tis when life
Is asking you
To make changes
And your subconscious
Is resisting it
Profusely.

Not wanting
To deviate
Off course
Of where it thinks
It should be
Headed. 

Many years of old beliefs
And old programming
Keeps you stagnant
And in the
Same place
All the time. 

Just give it a chance
By focusing on the breath
Connect with the heart
To see where it
Wants to head
And watch
What happens next.
