Tis important
To find a gentleness
Inside the heart
While
Healing wounds
From the sufferings
Found in daily life.

Step into your power
No matter where
You are at
Be in the moment
With your esteem
And confidence
Both standing taller
Than before.

Take the lead
Even when you’re
Down and blue
Tis something you
We were intricately
Designed to do.

You will accomplish
So much more
Than you know
As you keep the
Heart open
Feeling the love
Flowing
Inside and out.
