Notice the groove
That life falls into
When the
Smoothness of love
Is the operator
Of all requests. 

No doubts or frustrations
Just being
And flowing
With ease and joy. 

Always align
With the energy
Of the heart
Tis the navigator
Of life
Knowing
When to turn
And when to not. 

Intuitively and instinctively
Decisions are made
Getting from
Point to point
Even when
Stormy emotions appear
Consuming the situation
Into a thunderous day.

Use inner peace
Like a rutter
Keeping balanced and calm
Lean into each emotion
Embracing and befriending
In order to learn
What must be learned. 

Choose to stay aligned
With the
Smoothness of love
To reach the fullest expression
Of the soulful self.
