Satisfaction 05/24/2021

Mentally drifting
In a peaceful state
Feeling the flow
Of my breathing
And gently aware
Not a single worry
Is present.

Relaxing comfortably
Surrendering
To the peacefulness
Allowing this state
Of satisfaction
To remain untouchable
For just
Another moment.

Living in past memories
’Tis a waste
Of needless worry
Trying to change events
That already occurred
Just breeds
Stress
And unhappiness

Release the hold of the past
Enjoy the satisfaction
Of the moment
Where life seems
To graze slowly
Absorbing everything
In its fullness.

Peace and love
Breeds contentment
Grateful for these
Pleasant patterns
Knowing my life is exactly
Where it should be
And I’m ok with that.
