To life’s
Dramatic events
Often appearing
Without notice.

No need to feel
Like a victim
No need to put
Your head in the sand
Learn to react
In your best interest
By listening to the heart.

Feel what’s right
Breathe deeply
To remember
Allowing yourself
Personal freedom
