Politeness and kindness
Are two actions
That come
From the heart
For they can only
Be expressed
When love is present
And ready
To come out

Saying please
And thank you
Are words of respect
While smiling freely
At another
Expresses your
Friendliness
At that time
As a way
To show love.

Small actions
Of the heart
When done
Consistently
And regularly
Become
Automatic expressions
Of what is available
Inside the self.

Be present in the moment
Be present in the heart
That’s how to
Automatically
Respond with love
All the time
No matter
What’s happening
Or who’s around.
