Refreshing 6/28/2024

Thinking back
About past decisions
And wondering
What life would be
If my choices
Made
Were different.

Its ok to ponder
About the past
From a space of
Gratitude and wisdom
But trying change
Something
That doesn’t exist
Is a futile task
Of longing
And regretting. 

Direct energy thoughts
To choose elements
In the moment
For these decisions
Will move one towards
A future with love
And hope.

 Only you have
The power to choose
Creating a future
That’s different
Than the current.   

Mindful making
Small changes
To one’s daily routine
Can be refreshing
Like a lemonade drink
On a hot summer
Morning.  

Express gratitude
For what exists
And then
Choose
To bring love
Into each
And every moment. 

Continue to
Move in sync
Within this new mindset
Gradually changing life
And the relationships
That coexist in it
For the better.
