Experience
The soul connection
Once again
Let it flow within
Removing what’s stuck
Removing the barriers
Built around the heart
Protecting you
From a painful
Past.

Release
Suppressed emotions
Feeling each one now
Understand them
Learn from them
To accept
Who you are.

This human body
Is the vehicle
To experience life
Keep it
Both physically
And emotionally
Well.

And when
The inevitable arrives
Having no regrets
Forgiving all
Provides a deep
Satisfaction
That your life
Was full
And filled
With love.
