Listen to your heart
Beat rhythmically
Listen to your day
Enfold magically
Gotta be aware of life
To feel this happening inside.

Just don’t understand
As tears fill my eyes
Loving another unconditionally
Can be difficult task at hand.

Release the fears
Trapped inside
Allow the breath to deepen
Watch what happens
By letting everything go
Just like that.

No right way
Or wrong way
To love another
Must be willing
To go the extra mile
In difficult times
When needed.

All that can be done
Is live with your heart
Allowing it break open
As loss occurs
More often than not.

Be vulnerable
Feel your inner strength
Don’t be afraid
To love fully
Cuz hiding alone
Wont’ stop the pain
From finding your heart.
