Life is busy
Doing this and that
Often forgetting
To slow down
And breathe deeply.

The human side
Needs quiet time
To recharge the heart
While embracing
The Soulful Self.

Tis this stillness
Within the empty space
Created
While focusing
On breathing deeply.

Find the spark of life
Within the heart
Bringing you closer
To heaven on earth.

Come together
Often
Blending two aspects
Within one
As human and soul
Connects with each other
Feel the energy
Stimulating
Love for Self.

Tis the only way
To live a busy life
In this combined
Expression of love
And acknowledge
We are part of God
The Universe.
