Don’t stop believing
Don’t stop loving
In others
And yourself
Even when anger
Shouts out
Distorting
The clarity
Of the moment.

For there’s more
Than what the mind
Tells us
About life
And what is needed
To thrive.

Beneath
Dismal thoughts
Lives compassion
Wrapped gently around
Who we are
At the core
Of our soul.

The beauty
The grace
And the pureness
Of the Soul
Is the light that
Helps us in
Dark times of life.

Connect often
With the higher self
Through
Quiet relaxation
And deep breathing
And feel the Soulful Self
Smiling within
The heart.

You are never alone
You are never judged
From mistakes
Of the past
For every day
A clean slate appears
And another chance
To get it right.
