Tis life
Wanting
To be heard
Letting us know
Change is needed
For personal growth.

Connect to
A deepest inside
While breathing
With focused intention
Tis the quiet space
Created where
Magic happens.

Surrender
To the stillness
No strings attached
For trust will elevate
Into a lightness
That connects
To each situation.

Tis the energy
That flows
And knows
Your soul
At its core.

Enfolding
A field of love
Encapsulating
The body
While also touching
The hearts of others.

 Tis all about trusting
The flow of life
As balance
And harmony
